It’s a day millions of people in the United States are traveling. However, tourists will find shops, supermarkets, banks, gyms, and many restaurants closed today. U.S. Airports will be crowded, expect long stop and goes on the American highways and interstate freeways.

What a different Friday will be when crowds of people are flooding shopping malls, some opening at 3 am until midnight to get the best Black Friday bargain. Friday is the biggest shopping day of the year.

Today, Thursday, November 23 is Thanksgiving Day in the United States. It’s traditionally a day for families and friends to get together for a special meal. The meal often includes a turkey, stuffing, potatoes, cranberry sauce, gravy, pumpkin pie, and vegetables. Thanksgiving Day is a time for many people to give thanks for what they have.
