It’s your own personal job to stay encouraged, not to live in a way that other people have to encourage you. The best way to stay encouraged is to become an encourager because then you can reap what you sow. Look around constantly for people to encourage. It doesn’t matter whether they’re a Christian or a pre-Christian; no one is safe from some encouragement or blessing! If you want to live in a river of encouragement, you need to be a fountain of it to somebody. If you’re a fountain of encouragement, then water is gathering all around your feet and you’re walking in encouragement and will be encouraged!
