Lessons on Grace.

This weekend was my church’s annual fall retreat. I have been the last two years and have always cherished the experience. Each year, hundreds of college students gather at a campground to invest in their relationship with Jesus. And every year, the Lord never fails to do miraculous things.

Two years ago, I signed up for fall retreat because all of my really cool, new church friends were going. (I’m looking at you Greek team) But I was still unsure of my relationship with Jesus. I wanted to believe. I wanted so badly to give my whole heart to the Lord, but I had questions. Just days before a high school friend had passed away after a long struggle with a brain tumor.
