The Christian life, as we have seen, is one that it totally dedicated to God and His Son Jesus Christ alone. The gospel demands that we surrender all that we are to Christ; He is now Lord and King over our lives. What does it mean for God to be the King over your life? It means that He permeates absolutely everything you do. From the time you wake up in the morning to the time you lay back down to sleep and everything in between then, the Lord must be first-place.
