Jesus is What Thanksgiving Day Means to Me

Jesus is what Thanksgiving Day means to me.  John 3:16 ignites praises and gratitude to the LORD in my heart for sending His only Son to this sinful world to die for the sins of the world. Our Lord Jesus is clearly the greatest Gift to mankind.

Every day from the Lord presupposes celebration, grace, worship, praise,  love,  victory, gratitude, and joy. Celebrating our Lord Jesus Christ has a way of increasing our passion for the Supremacy of Christ in our lives, in our homes, in our ministries, in our marriages, in our churches,  on our jobs, in our communities, and every facet of life.

So, if you ask me to tell you what I am thankful for, I will say it is our Lord Jesus Christ above all.

His own words in John 3:16 remind me why I need to be thankful for Him: “For God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

Jesus is what Thanksgiving Day means to me. It is biblical and it is  wonderful to  thank and praise the Lord for His unspeakable Gift to us.
